Paul Beers and Mark Feldmann are our primary construction law attorneys. They provide comprehensive representation from the inception of the job through completion and payment, including:

Paul Beers has devoted much of his practice to litigation, including the litigation of construction disputes. Paul recently concluded a complex, multi-party suit that spanned a three-year period and resulted in a favorable multi-million dollar resolution for our client.

Since 1973, Mark Feldmann has represented owners and contractors in construction contract negotiations and dispute resolution through litigation, arbitration and mediation. His experience includes insurance coverage for claims arising from a bridge collapse; claims for defective work arising from commercial and residential construction; perfection and enforcement of mechanics’ liens and claims underpayment; and enforcement of bonds. Mark is a member of the Construction Law and Public Contracts Section of the Virginia State Bar.
