Glenn Feldmann Darby & Goodlatte was a “Double Letter” sponsor again at the annual Blue Ridge Literacy Scrabble Tournament.
The event was held on May 20, 2014 at Jefferson Center. The firm had a “lawyers team” and “staff team” participate in the event. Although they didn’t win, a good time was had by all.
Blue Ridge Literacy is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization whose primary mission is to help adult learners improve their reading, writing and English-literacy skills, so they may achieve their life goals and find success in many areas of life. BRL provides Basic Literacy, ESOL services, GED preparation, and U. S. citizenship tutoring.
Glenn Feldmann Darby & Goodlatte understands the importance of being a responsible corporate citizen and supports a number of non-profit organizations in the Roanoke Valley area. The BRL annual Scrabble Tournament is one of many events supported by the firm.
